VIP Gold Pass Delegates will receive full conference access for three days to all conference sessions at Cloud Expo, @ThingsExpo and @DevOpsSummit, November 1-3, 2016. VIP Gold Pass registration includes: Welcome Reception on Day 1, refreshment breaks, and access to all conference sessions including all technical sessions, the exhibit floor, keynotes, vendor technology presentations, power panels and SYS-CON.TV interviews.

VIP Gold Pass does NOT include Luncheon, co-located workshops, and the collectible conference bag.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are nontransferable and may not be shared onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference.

    Students are welcome at Cloud Expo | @ThingsExpo. They must be 21 years or older to attend any program or activity at the conference.

    Anyone under the age of 21 will not be able to attend Cloud Expo | @ThingsExpo, even if accompanied by an adult.

    If you need a visa to enter the United States, Cloud Expo will provide a letter of invitation to submit with your visa application provided you are registering for Cloud Expo | @ThingsExpo and are paid in full. Attendees are responsible for completing and submitting the visa application to their local consulate or embassy. Letters of invitation will not be provided to those registering for a 'Keynotes and Expo Floor' or 'VIP Gold' pass.

    If you require special assistance covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Please call 201-802-3063 thirty days before the event date. No warranties are made regarding the content of sessions or materials.

    CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, REFUNDS:
    Fax written request to SYS-CON Registration 201-782-9601. Requests for refunds received prior to sixty days before the event date will be honored, less a 10% handling charge; requests received forty-five days before the event date will be honored less a 20% handling charge. No requests for refunds will be honored less than forty-five days before the event date. No warranties are made regarding the content of sessions or materials. The faculty members for each event are indicated next to their names and bios. Speakers, sessions, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. You may send a substitute delegate in case you can not attend the event you registered for with prior written notice to events (at) sys-con.com, 201-802-3063.
